Roxanne Viel C. Santos is a senior associate whose current practice focuses on corporate law, banking and finance, labor, and real estate.
Roxanne assists in preparing and reviewing documentation for local and foreign clients on various corporate and commercial transactions. She participates in numerous transactions involving cross-border acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and foreign investments. She also participates in due diligence exercises and stock rights offering.
Roxanne received her bachelor’s degree in BS Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2007 and her juris doctor degree from the same university in 2016. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2017 and joined the firm in the same year.
