Kenneth Limosnero is an associate whose practice encompasses project development and finance, disputes, taxation, and corporate banking.

Kenneth advises and represents clients in a wide range of high-value and complex matters, including multimillion-peso tax refund claims, multibillion-peso tax assessments, corporate restructuring, asset and share acquisition transactions, energy project financing, and securing tax and foreign investment incentives. His litigation experience includes representation before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Court of Tax Appeals, Commission on Audit, Securities and Exchange Commission, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, National Privacy Commission, Trial Courts, and other tribunals, as well as handling pre-dispute negotiations aimed at achieving optimal outcomes for clients.

Kenneth is a Certified Public Accountant who ranked 7th in the CPA Licensure Examination in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Advisory Associate at SGV & Co., providing financial and risk management services to various financial institutions.

He received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of St. La Salle – Bacolod in 2015 and later earned his Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University Tañada-Diokno School of Law in 2021, graduating as 1st honorable mention. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined the firm the same year.

Jerald C. Ambe is an associate whose current practice focuses on taxation, corporate law, labor, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and finance.

Jerald provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign clients on various issues such as tax and regulatory compliance, incorporation matters, corporate reorganization, asset acquisition, labor relations and disputes, and general corporate matters. His work also extends to conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing contracts, preparing pleadings, applications, protests, and other legal documents, and representing clients before government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and Board of Investments.

Jerald is a Certified Public Accountant who ranked 13th in the July 2014 CPA Licensure Examination. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Tax Associate at SGV & Co., providing tax services to clients from various industries. While studying law, he also worked as a Finance Services Analyst at QBE Group Shared Services Ltd., where he oversaw the Group Head Office books of accounts and performed bank reconciliation and cash management functions.

He received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of San Jose – Recoletos in 2012 where he graduated magna cum laude and top of his class. In college, he was an active student and community leader. He was one of the finalists in the search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines in Central Visayas and was selected as one of the participants in the 14th Ayala Young Leaders Congress.

He obtained his juris doctor degree from the De La Salle University Tañada-Diokno School of Law in 2021 where he graduated Valedictorian. He was admitted to the bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined the firm in the same year.

Camille Mendoza is an associate whose current practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, labor and employment, and litigation and arbitration.

Camille assists clients in disputes before regulatory agencies and courts of law. She also gives comprehensive advice on various corporate and commercial transactions, including matters concerning doing business in the Philippines, foreign investments, regulatory compliance, cross-border acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Her advice covers the effects on security of tenure and possible claims over statutory and contractual benefits arising from such restructuring.

Camille received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Management with a minor degree in Financial Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2015. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the same university in 2019 where she graduated with second honors. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2020 and joined the firm in 2022.

Inga is an associate whose current practice focuses on corporate law, corporate banking, foreign investment, project development, labor, and corporate litigation

She enjoys a varied legal practice with a special interest in emerging fields of law. 

Inga provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign clients on various issues such as regulatory compliance, incorporation matters, corporate reorganization, labor relations and disputes, data privacy, government procurement and general corporate matters. 

Her work also extends to conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing contracts, and liaising with various government institutions such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Clark Development Corporation, Board of Investments, Government Procurement Policy Board, and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. 

Inga received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines in 2017. As an undergraduate student, she conducted various fieldwork exercises across the Philippines, with a concentration on fishing and maritime communities. 

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in International Law, from the Ateneo de Manila in 2021, where she graduated with Second Honors. She was admitted to the bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined the firm in the same year.

Mayumi G. Matsumura is an associate whose practice currently focuses on securities, capital markets, banking, mergers and acquisitions, anti-trust and competition, and corporate law.

Mayumi provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign clients on various issues such as incorporation matters, corporate reorganization, intellectual property, and general corporate matters. Her work also extends to conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing contracts and other transaction documents, and assisting clients on regulatory compliance with various government institutions such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and the Philippine Competition Commission.

Mayumi received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines in 2016. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree, second honors, from the Ateneo de Manila in 2020. She was admitted to the bar in 2022 and joined the firm in the same year.
