Maria Paz S. Angeles-Carale is a partner working with the Project Development & Finance department.
Her practice focuses on corporate finance, and investment transactions.
Paz has represented international investors in structuring and implementing foreign investments and joint venture arrangements in the Philippines.
Paz received her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1990 and her juris doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1994. She received a Certificate of International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law in 1996 and her master of laws degree from Yale Law School in 1997. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 1995, placing 10th in the bar exams. She joined the firm in the 1997.
