Litigation

The Litigation Department handles a variety of administrative, civil and criminal cases before administrative agencies, regular courts, special courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. The variety of cases the Firm handles includes commercial cases, recovery of damages, family law, land use and zoning regulations, government and corporate securities, financial derivatives, power projects, telecommunications, environmental law, computer technology, and aviation law. The Firm has handled cases involving highly complicated and novel issues.

The Litigation Department gives great stress on preventive law. It advises clients and drafts appropriate contracts and documents to avoid litigation.
