The Firm handles applications in securing approval for the appropriate visas for the continued stay of foreign nationals and their dependents in the Philippines. We also assist in procuring all kinds of work permits, including temporary work permits, to enable foreigners to work in the Philippines or to conduct their business activities in the country. Other services include the filing of pertinent applications for authority to employ from other government offices such as the Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The Firm represents foreigners, who desire to be naturalized Filipino citizens, assists former Filipinos to obtain dual citizenship and undertakes other services related to immigration, alien admission and alien registration.
