The Firm handles a wide range of corporate work for both local and foreign corporate clients. The legal services it renders extends from the preparation and filing of incorporation papers, applications for establishment of branches, representative offices or regional headquarters, registration and securing of incentives from the Board of Investments, the Philippine Tourism Authority and the different economic zones in the Philippines to the drafting of joint venture agreements, management and technical consultancy agreements, and shareholders agreements. The Firm is also involved in advising, negotiating and drafting of contracts pertaining to all forms of commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses and the due diligence in connection therewith.

The Firm advises clients on corporate finance, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. The Firm has done extensive legal work for real estate subdivisions, the establishment of ecoparks, condominiums, and diverse commercial development projects. It also assists in the formation of proprietary membership clubs, non-stock corporations, and private foundations for civic and charitable purposes, and scientific foundations.
