Through its Corporate/ Banking Group, it has acquired expertise in financial derivatives, structured and synthetic products, monetary instruments, foreign exchange and foreign loans and investments, financing companies and investment companies, mutual funds and investment funds, deposits and deposit substitutes, securitization and asset management (including non-performing loans), credit risk and compliance, syndications and intercreditor arrangements, trade finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital market and government securities underwriting, and bank allied undertakings.

The Firm is the retained counsel of the major foreign bank branches in the Philippines and their corporate vehicles, as well as international financial institutions and several domestic banks.
