The maritime practice of the Firm consists in representing shipowners and underwriters in litigation before the admiralty courts, the Maritime Industry Authority, the Philippine Coast Guard, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and the Bureau of Customs. Litigation in this specialized field involves marine insurance, charter parties, general average, labor, collision, salvage, maritime liens, ship mortgages, arrest of vessels, and carriage of goods.

The Firm provides ongoing service to its traditional clients in the United States, Europe, and the Far East in the areas of charter parties, shipbuilding, ship breaking, ship sales, flag of convenience, corporate, partnership and joint venture work, ship registrations, issuance of temporary certificates of Philippine Registry, and vessel mortgage financing.
