Atty. Yuyucheng regularly advises many Philippine and foreign clients on foreign investments in Philippine corporations, joint ventures and structuring cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestments. In addition, Atty. Yuyucheng has extensive experience in the Philippines securities market, having assisted several Philippine corporations in initial public offerings and equity and debt offerings. Atty. Yuyucheng also advises several listed companies, international and local securities brokers and investment houses on legal and regulatory compliance.
