Atty. Valer Lawyer regularly advises Philippine and foreign clients on various tax matters. Her work includes rendering of advice on the tax implications of transactions, review of tax practices and structures, rendering of legal opinion involving tax laws, tax planning and securing tax rulings and tax treaty relief approvals. She has extensive experience dealing with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and appearing in the Tax Court to represent clients in tax assessment and refund cases.
