Peter L. Pacheco's practice deals with a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects, including oil, gas, and mineral exploration and production, pipelines and power generation. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions and credit finance. He is also actively practicing intellectual property law.
Atty. Pacheco was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1997 and received citation from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines for receiving the second highest average in the 1996 Philippine Bar Examinations.
Practice
Atty. Pacheco regularly advises Philippine and foreign clients in the energy, oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, and infrastructure fields. He has acted as counsel to equity investors, turnkey contractors, or project lenders.
Since 1998, he has been a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department and as such has handled patent and trademark matters before the Philippine Intellectual Property Office.
