Atty. Ozaeta's heads RMBSA’s information, communication and technology practice, as well deals with a broad range of capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and issuances of all types of securities.
Atty. Ozaeta was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1991 and to the New York Bar in 1996.
Practice
Atty. Ozaeta has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in dealings before various Philippine regulatory authorities, including the Securities Exchange Commission, the Philippine Stock Exchange, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Atty. Ozaeta regularly advises various domestic and foreign clients on corporate technology and legal matters. His work includes transactions advice, reorganizations and restructurings, licensing and regulatory matters, as well as dealings with capital markets. In addition, he has extensive experience in cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and international technology transfers.
Professional Activities
Atty. Ozaeta teaches Securities law at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law.
He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association.
