Adriano M. Hernandez has experience with special projects for infrastructure and natural resources.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1992.
Practice
Adriano M. Hernandez has represented clients in several transactions and proceedings with government corporations, such as the National Power Corporation and PSALM; government financial institutions such as the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Land Bank of the Philippines, and Development Bank of the Philippines; administrative agencies such as the Department of Finance, Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Department of Justice.
He has also argued cases before the trial courts and assisted in cases with the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He has acted as counsel to clients in congressional hearings in aid of legislation and on proposed bills before the House of Representatives and the Senate.
Adriano M. Hernandez advises clients on special projects for infrastructure and natural resources. His work includes advice on structured transactions and government procurement for infrastructure and resource contracts.
