Practice
Atty. Geronimo is co-chairman of the firm’s Banking Group. He has participated in mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions; corporate restructuring and bail-outs; securitization of receivables; active in bank litigation; estate planning and post-mortem estate planning and probate cases; provided legal support and justification for banking and other financial products and services, particularly those offered by the Trust and Investment Departments.

He is also a member of the Tax and Litigation Departments of the firm. As such, he has worked on tax assessments and refunds of corporations and individuals; represented foreign corporations in legislative hearings; engaged in banking loan documentation and establishment security interests.
