Mr. Carsi Cruz specializes in mergers and acquisitions, project
finance, public sector contracts and BOT projects, international joint
ventures, taxation, real estate investments, and mining law. Mr. Carsi
Cruz has represented government and private banks in loan syndications,
debt restructuring, and other project finance related work
Mr. Carsi Cruz was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993 (topnotcher).
Practice
Mr. Carsi Cruz represents both local and foreign clients in the
on-going rollout of various BOT projects on information technology and
port services. With the liberalization and resurgence of the Philippine
mining industry, Mr. Carsi Cruz provides legal advice on new mineral
exploration and development projects in Southern Philippines.
Professional Activities
Mr. Carsi Cruz is a professor at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law on
corporation and securities law. He serves as legal advisor and sits in
the Board of Directors of numerous Philippine corporations.
