Atty. Arguelles was admitted to the bar in 1960.
Atty. Arguelles handles litigation, both civil and criminal, at the trial level before the Metropolitan Trial Court, Sandiganbayan and Regional Trial Court, and at the appellate level before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court..
Practice
Atty. Arguelles has an extensive experience dealing with domestic and foreign clients, particularly banking institutions and insurance companies, involved in various disputes before the trial and appellate courts, as well as before quasi-judicial bodies and other government agencies. He also handles customs matters before the Bureau of Customs, and assists Gulf Air Company on matters pending before the Civil Aeronautics Board and other government agencies.
Professional Activities
Atty. Arguelles was a Research Attorney, Supreme Court (1960-1964), and Lecturer, Centro Escolar University (1962-1975).
He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association, director and officer of several domestic corporations.
