Ramoncito Santos’ practice deals with a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate rehabilitation, insolvency, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, asset purchase transactions, financing agreements, and security transactions. Atty. Santos is also active in litigating civil, criminal, and tax cases.

Atty. Santos was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004.

Practice
Atty. Santos has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in cases before the trial courts, Central Board of Assessment Appeals, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, and the Supreme Court. He has also represented clients in various dealings before national government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Insurance Commission, National Labor Relations Commission, Department of Labor, Bureau of Food and Drugs, and Bureau of Internal Revenue, and before various local government units.
Atty. Santos also advises Philippine and foreign clients on various securities and tax matters. His work includes transactions advice, and regulatory and licensing matters.

Professional Activities
Atty. Santos has had articles published in the Ateneo Law Journal. He has also worked on projects for the Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law.
