Atty. Policarpio’s practice deals with the fields of corporate practice, banking, and litigation. He has exposure in mergers and acquisitions and corporate practice, rendering corporate secretarial work, advisory assistance to clients’ queries, and drafting, execution, and review of legal documents. He makes regular appearances in court, quasi-judicial agencies and government offices, handling cases in civil, administrative, and criminal law, preparing various pleadings in these fields, as well as appellate pleadings.

Professional Activities
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Policarpio was a Regional Distributor Executive of Unilever Philippines, handling various distributor operations in South Luzon. He also completed his apprenticeship with Andersen Consulting, Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas Law Office, and Tanggol Kalikasan, a law firm that specializes in environmental laws. Atty. Policarpio was a member of the Editorial Board of the Philippine Law Journal in 2002-2003, and has written various legal papers. He co-authored a legal paper on Medical Malpractice Laws published in Volume 78, Issue 3 of the Philippine Law Journal. The same paper was given honorable mention in the Araceli Baviera Prize in Civil Law.
