Atty. Kho’s practice mainly deals with general corporate matters, securities, and tax services.
Atty. Kho was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May of 2005.

Practice
Atty. Kho has represented both domestic and foreign clients in various dealings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, the Department of Trade and Industry, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. She has also appeared before the regional trial courts and the Court of Tax Appeals.

Atty. Kho regularly advises clients on tax and corporate matters. Her work includes rendering of advice on the tax implications of transactions, and the establishment or dissolution of subsidiaries, representative and branch offices in the Philippines. She has represented clients in administrative and judicial proceedings involving tax assessments or refunds. She also assists clients in requesting for confirmatory rulings from tax authorities. She has been involved in special projects pertaining to capital lease of aircrafts, tender offer of shares and issuance of tier-two debt.

Atty. Kho was a tax consultant in Isla Lipana and Company (formerly Joaquin Cunanan and Company) PriceWaterhouseCoopers (1999-2000)
