Carrie Bee Hao's practice deals with a broad range of intellecual property matters, including trademark and patent applications, inter partes cases, and various intellectual property related queries; and energy and infrastructure related matters, including regulatory and transactions advice.

Atty. Hao was admitted to the Philippine Bar on April 2004.

Practice
Atty. Hao has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in various dealings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. She has also argued cases before the trial courts and several administrative agencies such as the Intellectual Property Office, Department of Trade and Industry, Maritime Industry Authority, National Labor Relations Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

Aside from intellectual property and energy and infrastructure matters, Atty. Hao regularly advises many Philippine and foreign clients on corporate, banking, securities and environmental matters. Her work includes transactions advice and licensing matters. She also has experience dealing with information technology related queries.

In addition, Atty. Hao has advised Philippine and foreign clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including international joint ventures and international technology transfers.

Professional Activities
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Hao was a paralegal at the Office of the Solicitor General. She has published her thesis on the Ateneo Law Journal.
