Atty. Feliciano’s practice deals primarily in litigation, particularly with civil, criminal, labor and tax matters. He also has experience in arbitration and corporate law, including project finance and rehabilitation.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004.

Practice
Atty. Feliciano has argued cases before the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, the National Labor Relations Commission, the Office of the President, the trial courts, the Court of Appeals, the Court of Tax Appeals and the Supreme Court.
Before joining the Firm, Atty. Feliciano apprenticed with Quisumbing Torres & Associates and also worked as legal researcher in the Supreme Court under the tutelage of former Senior Associate Justice Josue N. Bellosillo.

Education
Atty. Feliciano obtained his Bachelors of Laws from the University of the Philippines in 2003. He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Philippine Law Journal. He was also a recipient of the Generoso V. Jacinto Award for Best Paper in Remedial Law for co-authoring The Civil Aspect of Crimes: A Model of Controversy Chaos and Confusion, which was published in Issue No. 3, Volume No. 77, March 2003 of the Philippine Law Journal.

Atty. Feliciano graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1999 with a degree in Management Economics.
