Mr. Tayag's practice deals mainly with various fields of corporate law, real estate, mining, energy, telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and securities. Mr. Tayag's practice also involves intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Tayag was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April of 2006.

Practice
Mr. Tayag has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in various dealings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Bureau of Food and Drugs . He has also appeared before the trial courts, the
Intellectual Property Office, the Land Transportation Office, the Civil Aeronautics Board, and the National Labor Relations Commission. He regularly advises Philippine and foreign clients on various aspects of civil and commercial law, including intellectual property law, and environmental and regulatory matters.
 

Professional Activities

Mr. Tayag is a lecturer at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasay School of Law, where he is handling courses on Local Government and Land Titles.
