Atty. Castro’s practice deals mainly with various fields of corporate law practice, including general corporate matters, banking, aviation, energy, telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, securities, and bond issuances.
Atty. Castro was admitted to the Philippine Bar on 2003.

Practice
Atty. Castro has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in various dealings before the Philippine Central Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Finance, Department of Energy, National Power Corporation, National Telecommunications Commission, international banking institutions, and export credit agencies. Atty. Castro regularly advises many Philippine and foreign clients on corporate structuring, financing, and regulatory matters. Her work also includes transactions advice, documentation and negotiations. Atty. Castro also has had some exposure to litigation practice and has written pleadings and has appeared before the trial courts, appellate courts and the Philippine Sandiganbayan.

Professional Activities
Atty. Castro has been practicing corporate law since 2003. Prior to working in a law firm, she did an internship with the Philippine Supreme Court with Associate Justice Josue Bellosillo.
