Marie Camille Francesca L. Bautista’s practice mainly deals with energy and infrastructure projects, including power generation, pipelines, oil, gas, and mineral exploration and development. She also engages in mergers and acquisitions and security transactions.

Practice
Atty. Bautista has represented both Philippine and foreign clients in various dealings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Bureau of Local Government Finance, the Bureau of Food and Drugs, the Air Transportation Office, the Civil Aeronautics Board, and the Department of Energy. She has also appeared before regional the trial courts and the National Labor Relations Commission. She regularly advises Philippine and foreign clients on various aspects of civil and commercial law, as well as environmental and regulatory matters. She has been involved in various transactions pertaining to government contracts, public biddings, aircraft acquisitions and financing, licensing arrangements, and capital markets.
